Go-to-market
Over a 12-week program aligned to the studio’s release calendar, we tested every title with local audiences using Sayle our own Indonesian-language AI interviewer, then turned the findings into region-specific go-to-market recommendations.

A research process built on a panel we own, not a sample we rent.
We built a standing panel of 900+ high school and college students so we can get from question to answer in days. You get findings sharp enough to act on, not a deck to file.
Student-run.
Panel-powered.
Evidence-led.
Koy runs on a panel we built ourselves: 900+ high school and college students across eight partner universities, handpicked per project to match your target audience. That is the difference between a survey and a signal.
We pair that panel with Sayle, our own AI interviewer, so a study that would take a traditional research firm a quarter takes us weeks — and comes back tactical enough to change a roadmap.

The people behind the work.
We’re a small, team of student consultants and researchers who care about getting the read right.
The plan? It’s up to you.
We scope to the question. Whether that’s the long game or a sharp one-off.
Common questions on timelines, billing, and who you will partner with here.
The practical stuff. What’s included, how it works, and who you’ll be working with.
Who is actually in your Gen Z panel?
Around 900 high school and college students from top institutions across the U.S. We handpick participants per project, so the people you hear from match the audience you’re building for — not a generic sample.
How long does an engagement run?
Anywhere from three weeks to ten months. A single concept validation can land in three or four weeks; an ongoing partnership runs alongside your roadmap. We scope to the decision you’re trying to make.
What do we actually get at the end?
Rapid user testing reports, strategic recommendations, UX feedback, go-to-market ideas, and concept validation — written to be acted on, not filed. Where it helps, we present straight to your product and marketing leads.
What is Sayle?
Our own AI interviewer. It runs moderated-quality conversations at a scale a human team can’t — we used it for 200+ Indonesian-language interviews on a Warner Bros. engagement. It is how we get qualitative depth without a qualitative timeline.
Why a student-run firm instead of a research agency?
Because we are not studying Gen Z from the outside. Our consultants come from eight partner universities and recruit on their own campuses, which is why we can field a study in days and why people answer us honestly.
